The City of Cartagena, through the Data Processing Centre, has launched 'Learn', a platform for online learning that offers courses twenty-four citizens, primarily in the area of new technologies, and whose only requirement is to be registered in the municipality.

These courses are conducted entirely on-line from any internet connected computer, and the time you want, with this freedom to schedule one of the great advantages of this type of training, as highlighted during the presentation of the platform Coordinator of New Technologies of the City Council, Agustín Guillén, and the head of CPD, Miguel Rodriguez.

The courses will be tutored by teachers who are available to answer questions and problems through chats, and there are no limitations on the number of courses that can be performed, resulting in the end some of them, a diploma of participation in it.

Cartagena City Council will also make available to interested classroom courses from 2 hours to see how the platform 'Learn'.

This platform is supported by the tool 'Moodle' which is a course management system of free distribution.

Moodle is freely distributed as Free Software (Open Source under the GNU Public License).

Basically this means Moodle is copyrighted (copyright), but with some liberties.

You can copy, use and modify Moodle provided that you agree to: provide the source code to others, not modify or delete the original license and copyrights, and apply this same license to any derivative work.
