The Local Government Board has approved in its meeting this morning the list of renewal and award of market stalls in the municipality of Cartagena.
1442 posts have been renovated to its current owners, while 169, which were vacant, have been awarded to 122 vendors, selected as follows:

Markets service sources have indicated that among the criteria to be considered for the award of vacancies, has had residence in the town, being the first time applying for a job and seniority in the event that demanded positions in other markets.
New contractors will occupy the posts from May 1, after submitting the required documentation at the time, if not previously been filed, the deadline for submission of the application.
The total number of posts that make up the markets of the municipality amounted to 1,611 jobs and the number of seats are occupied by a total of 606 vendors.
In the municipality of Cartagena, there are 13 annual seasonal markets and five markets in summer.
The renewal and award listings will be displayed in the negotiated market for ten working days from Wednesday 30 April, to make the allegations stakeholders as deemed appropriate.
Receipts / cards in the first quarter of 2008 may be out of business Market from May 5 for 15 days.
