The Town Planning, Joaquín Segado, has informed the Local Government Board of grant of 19 building permits in the past two weeks, amounting to 9,041,024 euros.

Among them, granted to the Marist Brothers to build a retirement home on the street Hermano Pedro Ignacio, on land adjacent to the school, with estimated budget of around 5.7 million euros.

The remaining licenses will allow the construction of thirty homes, garages as well as 24 local and eight ships and in various areas of the municipality.
