The Local Government Committee this morning approved the proposal of Councillor of Finance, Jose head so that the City of Cartagena yield two lots for enlargement of the cemetery at Pozo Estrecho.
These two parcels, totaling just over 3,000 square meters, will increase the current area of the cemetery managed by the local parish.
Also on the proposal of Councillor of the area of Finance has approved the specifications for the award of the occupation and exploitation of entertainment venue located in the park of Los Juncos.
The restaurant, located near Queen Victoria Street and rectangular, will be awarded for a period of two years extendable to four, at a rate of 2,000 per year.
This room had been initially awarded by the City, but has fallen vacant following the resignation of its owner.
Finally, the Board of Governors has initiated proceedings to terminate the administrative concession of a plot in the company Cala Flores Cala Flores SL Sport Center, to build a sports complex but it was never carried out.
