The Department of Sports City of Cartagena has organized Campaign 2008 Summer Swimming in outdoor swimming pools, which are the House of Youth and Well Strait, which will start next June 12.
The total of 2,090 positions offered is, of which 1,241 correspond to the swimming pool of the House of Youth and 849 to the pool Pozo Estrecho, distributing them by levels of initiation, development and specialization.
The goal of swimming lessons is to give hygienic and utilitarian approach to the smallest learn to master the medium as soon as possible while the child is to have a good time, learning by using games, which receives the activity as healthy and that includes the possibility of refocusing the competition.
The minimum age to perform such activities that are outdoors, is three years and are organized into sessions of 45 minutes, the first 15 minutes are warming and the rest in the water, according to the level of offered groups (toddlers, children and adults).
There will be a mini-time work with a technical group and assigned a global working time and collective work.
Once the small, child or adult can learn to swim deeper into the various techniques swim, with courses of two levels, or move to a more advanced level of expertise, so that adults would be a swimming program Maintenance and children would like a program before its move to a swimming club.
Entries may be in the pool itself, Monday through Friday, from 10.30 to 13.30 hours and from 17.00 to 20.00, and prices of courses ranging between 23 and 30 euros.
