Social Care Councilman of the City of Cartagena, Antonio Calderón Rodríguez, visited social premises and facilities of the District of Villalba, accompanied by President of the Club for the Elderly and the president of the Neighborhood Association and board members directors of the district.

The reason for this visit, in which Calderon met with the representatives of neighborhood groups, was to analyze the performance of the various activities taking place in the neighborhood and search through both the improvement of them, visiting sweatshops , craft, dance and music, among other activities, which actively involved the neighborhood of Cartagena.
