The board of control of Comprehensive Care Network Shared (RAIC) met on Wednesday with the presence of municipal technicians and entities of Social Action.
The purpose of the call was to analyze the operation of the program and to share the views and proposals of professionals and institutions in order to improve their functioning and coordinate efforts.
Some statistics for the last year, among which highlighted that have been made ​​6,453 records for 2,231 users were provided.
Both the municipal officers, and representatives of the twelve Social Action institutions collaborating in the program, agreed on the importance of continuity of the work being done and provided new ideas to improve and facilitate management RAIC.
Comprehensive Care Network Shared (RAIC) is a software application that facilitates collaboration among the entities of social action and the municipal social services for the development of joint action plans with users to solve their problems.
The RAIC has a search of resources where i nformation introduce NGOs, being an important tool for deriving users.
The associates have introduced their attention through the web and data intersect with those in the Department of Social Services, allowing the professional to verify the aid received by the user and not duplicate the attention given.
The associates are: Association of Charity, St. Vincent de Paul, Alraso, Action Solidarity in Cartagena (SENA), Caritas Diocese of Cartagena Center Coordinator, Caritas Diocese of Cartagena La Palma, Spanish Catholic Commission for Migration (ACCEM), Red Cross Spanish Foundation CEPAIM Integral Action with Migrants, the Good Samaritan Home, Association of Women we are not alone, Colectivo La Huertecica and Santa Teresa Charitable Hospitality Association.
By the Department of Social Services they attended the meeting coordinator, Damián Pérez Olmos, along with those responsible for Social and Family Programs Work;
and Violence Prevention and Social Promotion.
