Los Belones has recovered the traditional dishes of the grandmother, once again, with great success of participation. Proof of this are the more than 4000 cazuelitas and hundreds of Asians who were divided into the two weekend-long route.
Deputy Mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejon, has been commissioned to put the finishing touch to this second edition handing out awards for the best stew and the most original, that have fallen both in Pablo Guardiola;
as well as the Asian best it has been for more than bread.
The awards ceremony took place on Thursday February 11 at the Palace Hall and attended by the president of ACOBE (trade association of Los Belones), Pedro Conesa, and the sponsor of the award for best Asian, Jose Diaz.
Councillor for Economic Strategy, Ana Belén Castejon, highlighted the efforts and creativity of associations like ACOBE in January, during the cold season invite us to taste the dishes of the grandmother.
Initiatives like this, according Castejon, help end the seasonality of areas such as La Manga and Los Belones. For this purpose Castejon has advanced from the Cross of Economic Strategy they are working on designing a strategic action calendar for the season autumn / winter.

Traders have also wanted to reward participants with a night at the Prince Felipe hotel and dinner for two at one of the participating establishments, which went to María Rosa Pérez Solano and Alejandro Ochoa, respectively.
