I love you but never more than me, this is one of the phrases that reflect the concept that is being promoted from the Department of Equality of the City of Cartagena among young couples on the occasion of Valentine's Day, a new program of awareness and prevention of gender violence.

The program, whose motto If you feel suffocated ... is not love, has the support of the Culture Department of the People's University, and the Department of Youth and Interior with the local police, and has been presented this morning by Deputy Mayor, Ana Belén Castejon, Councillor for Equality, David Martinez, coordinator of Equality, Maria José Mercader.

This campaign aims to defend a safe and healthy love from secondary schools, motivated by the need to act in time with our youth and then not to regret those terrible deaths, as indicated by the Councillor for Equality.

For this many events will take place in schools of secondary education in the city since Wednesday 10 February with students from third and fourth ESO.

On the one hand a theatrical action will be taken at break of 10 to 15 minutes where through songs and body language young people can distinguish how to develop a relationship. Second, a series of lectures on prevention and awareness will be developed that technicians will conduct the local police, People's University, Cross of Health and Welfare and the Department of Youth with educational intervention program Youth Space.
