In order to improve the current conditions in which the population of El Portus is, the city of Cartagena is working to develop an action plan that covers the whole area.
Aerograph company is currently conducting a study aerial photographic study provide a three-dimensional picture of the beach of El Portús subsequently employ the technicians of the Department of Decentralization to plan the various actions which form part of the comprehensive plan planned for the area.
Thus, the mayor Juan Pedro Torralba was overseeing the work of photography that has developed a zeppelin that from different areas snapshots, will form a fixed current perimeter of the beach photo.
Hence the different geological features and buildable aspects taken into consideration when planning the new system and access to the beach will be.
