The mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez, has given the traditional Bando Facade designed to facilitate the work of beautification usually performed by homeowners and municipal buildings overlooking the celebration of the Holy Week processions.
In this way, they shall be authorized all the works to be carried out since the publication of this Bando Monday February 8 until March 18, Good Friday, and aimed at cleaning and decoration of such buildings .
To qualify for benefits under this Proclamation, the actions carried out should follow the guidelines of the Special Plan for Protection of Historical and Cartagena, excluding those concerning buildings declared BIC or cataloged by the Planning, whose licenses they must be conducted in accordance with the procedure established by law.
Also they fall outside the application of this provision those actions that are intended in buildings within the scope of the Public Domain or affected zones, which require the prior authorization of the holder of the domain Agency.
Finally, they learn also granted for the duration of Bando, authorizations occupation of public roads with those functional elements that are necessary for the execution of works, such as scaffolding, mobile cranes, etc., which in any case must see current regulations on safety.
