the mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez and the deputy mayor of San Javier, Antonio Luengo.

This plan is funded with European aid of 18.75 million euros framed in the call for European Strategy for Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development (Edusi).
Among the actions contemplated is the connection of all the promenades and the provision of ecological perimeter ferry and water-style cities like Miami or Venice taxis.
A network of spa type help eliminate illegal moorings piers is also contemplated.
