Youth municipal Intercultural Center in Los Dolores and the area of the Old Town of Cartagena enjoyed the Wednesday afternoon of fun and sports day at the Central Sports Pavilion Wssell Guimbarda with players Plastics Romero Cartagena FS as hosts.
The Councillor for Sports, Ricardo Segado, was in charge of welcoming the members of the centers and accompanied them on the tour of the facilities.
Young lived excited this meeting with the players and coaches of Plastics Romero.
In the course of it, the kids agreed to the track for exercise with ball
and players acted as monitors in a special and different training aroused the enthusiasm of youth.
To thank the dedication of the members of Plastics Romero, youth gave them a bracelet that they had developed themselves, while the club, meanwhile, were presented with a B official Alon signed by all staff, inviting them to witness the next league match to be played at home.
Similarly, the monitors of the centers received from the Department of Sports a gift on the occasion of their participation in the activity, ending the day with visits to other units such as the area of martial arts, the outdoor multisport and track Central, where they witnessed the rhythmic gymnastics training.
The Intercultural Center is a resort within the Immigration Program and Development Cooperation of the Department of Social Services of the City of Cartagena, operating since 2004, and is configured as a space for recreation and leisure aimed at young people aged between 9 and 18 from different backgrounds and nationalities.
The ADE program is organized by the Department of Sports and has the support of the Association of Graduates in Physical Education and Sports.
