Obviously it delves into the importance and thrust from Cartagena and its surroundings is supplied to the tourism sector for the benefit of the whole region.
Cartagena, the undisputed engine of the tourism industry, one of the pillars on which the regional economy is based, requires and demands the delivery of this training in the UPCT.
The Polytechnic University of Cartagena is the main focus of dissemination of knowledge in the region, also having major technological advances in the development of teaching.
Therefore, we consider the ideal training for future graduates in tourism.
Remember that the municipal group MC supported, on 30 July, approving a motion urging the regional administration to ensure the continued delivery with public, of the University Education of Tourism in Cartagena, through the UPCT.
That motion was passed with the vote for all groups except the PP, which abstained.
MC wishes to reiterate that support and offers to participate in all actions and initiatives to achieve this objective inescapable that the degree of Tourism study in Cartagena, the city that most contributes to the regional tourism industry.
