Last night, Deputy Mayor, Ana Belen Castejon, the Councillor for Public Safety, Francisco Aznar, and the chief of the local police, Eusebio Serna, along with other intermediate police officers, were able to explain to the residents of Pozo Estrecho surveillance measures being taking place in this council and in border areas before the latest wave of robberies.
The neighbors could share their doubts and concerns facing the later rounds that are occurring in the area.
Deputy Mayor explained the assistance has asked the Government Office with the reinforcement of Civil Guard agents specialized in this type of theft and asked for the cooperation of citizens for any incident that may occur in the daily life of the neighbors, while local police from a message of reassurance that aired are intensifying surveillance measures, especially during night hours.
The Security council, Francisco Aznar, told neighbors that has intensified controls and policing as there are several effective reinforcement, besides the two headquarters units that perform tasks nocturnal control to ensure the safety of the neighbors.
Another measure announced was that surveillance by police motorized by districts and councils.
The mayor of Public Safety and met last week in the first person by the head of the local police, Eusebio Serna, with the residents of La Aljorra to inform them of the measures that have been put in place to work continuously and go mitigating this wave of robberies.
The round of meetings by the municipal officials of Public Safety will continue this afternoon at the clubhouse of the Albujón from 19:30 and attended by the residents of El Albujón, Las Lomas and Miranda.
