Director of Research and Training Emergency (IFUR), José Pérez Vigueras, met this morning with the mayor, Jose Lopez, and the Councillor for Health, Francisco Jose Calderon, to show its interest in Cartagena project is part of Murcia Cardiosegura region.
It is a regional initiative with several companies in the sector of the city of Murcia is already part, and aims to be a pioneer Cartagena City Cardiosegura well as motivating the other municipalities in the region to join.
The project revolves around the development of a mobile application to provide information to citizens about the location of the nearest defibrillators or how to respond to a cardiac arrest.
In this application there will be a button that allows you to contact the 112 in order to provide all the services needed in an emergency.
IFUR director said that ideally an agreement between the institution and the company and with private and public companies to help develop this project, knowing what means the city has to add them up and see ratios.
The mayor, Jose Lopez, has shown interest in the idea proposed.
