The Civil Guard seized products donated to charity
The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has made a performance in the hamlet of El Algar Cartagena that has resulted in the seizure of 100 kilos of fish ready for hawking in a van.
The driver has been denounced by administrative state regulation of land and municipal transport peddling and seized 121 pieces of mullet have been donated to charity violations.
The action has been carried out when members of the Civil Guard have identified a vehicle that apparently was conducting peddling fish in the hamlet of El Algar Cartagena.
The inspection of the van has brought the discovery of 121 pieces of mullet mullet bill devoid of origin and transported without appropriate cooling conditions and conditioning required for the carriage of perishable goods vehicles cephalus.
The van driver was unable to prove the legal origin of the fish, making occasional purchase directly from fishermen or poachers and therefore presumably through illegal channels.
