The students of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) is sensitized on integration of diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and believes there is equal opportunity in the classroom, according to the pilot who has made Maria Encarnacion Martinez Vidal studio his final dissertation in Administration and Management.
A questionnaire answered by 195 students reveals that the vast majority do not see that there is discrimination in the Polytechnic.
They are also those who believe that most teachers are sensitive when it comes to integrating a diverse student body is seen only as a drag on the pace of the session for less than 10% of respondents.
The author of TFM, led by Ignacio Segado, director of the Department Culture and Business Ethics Directive and UPCT asked students for the visible variables (age, race or sex) and invisible (disability, language, income, sexual orientation religion) of diversity and proposes in its conclusions that the University organizes more days of living with groups of people with disabilities and to continue working with third sector organizations.
