This morning the president of the ALDE, Ana Belen Castejon, and the director general of SEF, Alejandro Zamora, attended a meeting of the governing council of the ALDE order to improve the way exchange of communication between the Employment Service and Training and Local Development Agency and Employment in pursuing attendance at the programs offered from the regional administration.
Castejon has used this meeting to remind the director of the SEF the allegations made ​​in reference to the award of training and employment programs, of which so far have not received a response.
Deputy Mayor expressed his dissatisfaction with the procedure for the award of joint programs of employment and training because in the bases the request for specialties was requested and not grouped, as noted by the Deputy Mayor, adding that what motivated the ALDE ask many courses in different specialties was to open a horizon to new job opportunities and avoid short-term precarious employment in sectors with few employment opportunities at present.
From the ALDE it has expressed a commitment to have a much better communication and coordination, avoiding release the message to the public a few games against others, and indicate the commitment to get all the calls to the Governing Board so that together political representatives can decide when and where the labor supply.
The president of the ALDE has ensured that the city could opt to training programs of various kinds for busy or social reintegration, but this area is not intended to fill lines and develop training associations and social groups, so has announced that The Agency will meet with these entities to jointly are known which programs you want to choose and not compete for each other and thus cover different work areas within the social intervention.
