The Bureau of the City of Cartagena markets remain open until February 10, the deadline for submitting applications for i nstallation temporary job or carts peddling chocolate and churros, popcorn, balloons or candy carts, among others, on the occasion of Holy Week, held from 18 to 27 March.

Since markets are cautioned that any instance shall not be admitted later.

Remember that people who apply for license must be current on payments and have no outstanding debts to the City of Cartagena.
