Celestino Martinez and the Grand Hotel is the title of an exhibition and a book that will be presented on Friday, January 22 at the Palace Hall. The exhibition, organized by the City of Cartagena and sponsored by difrentes entities, will remain open until 31 March and is part of the commemoration of the 2016 Year of Modernism in Cartagena, Coinciding with the centenary of the opening of the Grand Hotel.

The interested public can enjoy a photo exhibition of Miguel Martinez, son of Celestino, showing its rich legacy;

and an artistic performance in which about a dozen local authors have combined different techniques such as paintings, videos and sculptures.

Moreover, the book of the same name of the writer Jose Manuel Chacon presented.

Both the presentation of the opening of writing and artistic compositions will take place at the Town Hall itself, at 20.00.
