The cultural center hosts Luzzy Ramón Alonso for a month a painting exhibition comprises 32 works in the explosions of color and abstract art seeking to attract the viewer and provoke reactions inside.
So he has defined its author, the architect from Madrid Francisco Porras, who began his career in the art world once retired and now has exhibits located throughout the country.
The councilman of Culture of the City of Cartagena, David Martinez, stressed that Porras decided he began painting here as it attracted these lights that you see at dusk and at different times of the day in our Mar Menor, which attract you and help you paint, so that explosion of color that we see in his work, these nuances, these colors and even those textures.
The author stressed that ten years ago to get to Cartagena you deluded climate and light in the area and decided to stay here.
In each of my paintings my spirit is reflected in every frame and is a bit of my soul, said Porras.
Within its contract it shows how the abstract, Cartagena believes should be reflected in the paint, and are not mere spectator but deepen.
The artist never finished a painting, it is the viewer who completes it because it's the links with the work.
