The councilor for the Transparency and Good Governance, Participation, Decentralization and Celebrations, Juan Pedro Torralba, went yesterday, Tuesday 29 December at the Cartagena population of El Portus, where he met with the Neighborhood Association and the Women's Association.

The purpose of the visit was the transfer by both organizations the mayor of the area needs in lighting, street, traffic, cleaning, infrastructure and celebrations.
