She held last night at the Auditorium and Convention Center The Batel. During the event was presented to more than a thousand spectators the premiere of the play The Queen of Flowers, the Cartagena composer Javier Pérez Garrido, who has been awarded more than twenty times .
It is a symphonic waltz delicate scent and romantic spirit that was composed entirely in Cartagena between 2004 and 2005.
The concert continued with a performance by the soloist Olga Miriam Shepherd, with which delighted the audience with their number oboe.
The artist was first prize in the fourth edition of the contest between strings and brass.
The evening concluded with the Chamber Orchestra of Cartagena, who played one of the great works of music history, the Eroica Symphony by Ludwig van Beethoven with a staff of 47 musicians directed by Leonardo Martinez Cayuelas.
