The winners of the V Christmas Window Dressing Competition, organized by the municipality of Cartagena, collected their awards on Tuesday in a ceremony presided by Deputy Mayor, Ana Belen Castejon, and the Director General of Commerce, Francisca Cabrera, in the Ceremonial Hall the Town Hall.
There, Rapa Nui lollipops, establishment dela calle San Fernando, has received the first prize, a publicity campaign in the newspaper La Opinion worth 1,200 euros; Multiópticas Andrew Street Campos, was the second prize and takes two Cadena Ser infomercials valued at EUR 500;
and the third place has gone to the à "optical Oxford Puertas de Murcia, a dinner for two at The Galician Beef takes.
In addition, two awards were given second prize for Hardware Sanchez Casado Carmen Street and Perseus, at Thaona, and the new section aimed at florists prize, the prize has been Florist Alameda, which like the other trades has stood for innovation and originality when it comes to decorating your window with Christmas themes.
In his remarks after the ceremony, Castejon has highlighted the high level of participation in this year's contest, breaking records, with a total of 51 establishments from which 13 finalists were selected.
Deputy Mayor took the opportunity to thank the businesses his effort to be more attractive to citizens, and announced that the new municipal budgets, has increased the resources allocated to Trade only with money and the budget support can give oxygen to the traditional trade, we also expect the commitment in this regard of the regional administration, and so we have made ​​it known to the general manager.
