During the last month the students of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena have been several acts to collect toys and collaborate with fiddles in the municipal campaign organized by the Department of Social Services and aims that no child is left without receiving a gift this Christmas.
The Vice Chancellor for Student and University Extension UPCT, Francisco Martin, the President of the Student Council, Joaquin Jimenez and Manuel Paredes, a member of the Student Council, have delivered this morning hundred toys donated a ceremony attended attended by the Councillor for Social Services and Social Mediation, Carmen Martin.
The mayor stressed the collaboration of university students in this kind of solidarity actions and thanked the university help.
