The judge of the Court of Instruction No. 2 of Cartagena, Jacinto Areste, announced last Friday the refusal of the trial proceedings and file the complaint filed in 2012 by former mayor of Cartagena, Jose Antonio Alonso, currently accused in the corruption scheme 'Punic' against the then Councillor MC spokesman, Jose Lopez.
