As the mayor of Equality, David Martinez Noguera, announced in October, during the first term and after a first contact with the Association of Women of the municipality, the Department has designed and developed an outreach program of its activities the districts and councils of Cartagena, with a first block of courses and workshops.

The Department also aims primarily to boost Associations in the presence of young men and women who enjoy workshops combining her role as mother and father and once active man and woman involved in the social life of their neighborhood.
