In the l ocal ACCEM in the neighborhood Virgen de la Caridad, a new act of solidarity Senior Clubs Cartagena, which was attended by the Councillor for Social Services, Carmen Martin took place on Wednesday;

Social Services Coordinator, Damian Perez;

President of the Federation of Clubs for the Elderly, Maria Beteta;

and representatives of clubs Over the Virgen de la Caridad and Marfagones Mills, and municipal technicians.

Thus, taking advantage of the open day on the occasion that Christmas is celebrated on the premises of the Association ACCEM, to hand the money raised at the Fair Resources and Services for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities, which took place past 6, 7 and 8 November, and 850 euros to be allocated to infrastructure arrangements for enabling the Training Room.

Mohamed Keballi, ACCEM coordinator, led a tour of the facilities and explained to attendees the functioning of the NGO, by passing over a thousand people a year to use the various services provided to people at risk of social exclusion.
