A Spanish admiral, namely the Cartagena Jose Enrique Delgado Roig, take from Friday December 18 the post of Commander of the NATO Standing Group No 1 (COMSNMG-1), whose current control rests with the Portuguese Alberto Manuel Silvestre .

Jose Lopez, mayor of Cartagena, will be present at this ceremony held at the cruise ship dock from 12.00.
