Last weekend the Brotherhood of the Knights of Lepanto met in their traditional Christmas lunch at the Naval Officers Club Cartagena.
During the meal delivery Bizarro distinction of the Year, which in 2015 was awarded to D. Aureliano Gómez Vizcaino, posthumously, for his work in Cartagena, from Artillery Colonel, councilman in the city, Procesionista californium, was Historian Tertullian and AFORCAS warden.
The award was received his son, also a soldier, Lieutenant Colonel Artillery, D. Juan Lorenzo Gómez Vizcaino Castelló.
The ceremony was attended by the Maritime Action Admiral, Chief of Arsenal Admiral, General Marine Chief Operating Command of the Navy, Colonel Military Artillery Commander and members of the Brotherhood, about fifty attendees.
At the same ceremony he was presented to Dr. Jesús Belascoaín Bastarreche title credited as a new member of the Brotherhood, approved unanimously in the last chapter held on 7 October.
