The traditional neighborhood of Santa Lucia organized a meeting with the sea.
The III Cultural Week will be held between 10 and 12 December, and aims at revitalization of the neighborhood and its entities, promoting cohesion between them and creating a sense of belonging.
The program includes:
THURSDAY DAY 10:
- 16.00 hours, course fishing for children's classroom support escolar.- 18.30 hours, projecting a film infantil.- 21.00 hours, screening of the documentary Back to the Future.
The presentation will be given by the Columbares Association and the University of Murcia.
FRIDAY gives 11:
- 10.00 hours, La Vela comes to school for students of CEIP Nuestra Señora del Mar will include a talk lateen and basics, an exhibition of marine knots and a model of a velero.- 16.00 hours, then the course of fishing for children's classroom support escolar.- 18.30 hours, projecting a regatta Latin Sail or a movie infantil.- 21.00 hours, screening of a documentary with a maritime theme.
SATURDAY gives 12:
- From 10.00 to 14.00 hours, I seafaring traditions Fair Santa Lucía.- 12.00 hours, Sail America Exhibition at the yacht club or at the port of Santa Lucia.
All these activities are organized by the City of Cartagena through the Department of Social Services and the working group are St. Lucia.
