Coinciding with the International Volunteer Day, which is on 5 December, from Implica2 Program Youth Council of the City of Cartagena in collaboration with the European Voluntary Service (EVS) has organized a series of events for several days to encourage young people to become participants in the initiative.
To begin tomorrow at 12 am Youth Councilman, Ricardo Segado inaugurate a photo exhibition in the Youth Space, and the next day 12 will do the same with the meeting of young European volunteers at 10.30.
The European Voluntary Service is a learning experience in the field of non-formal education, in which young volunteers improve or acquire skills for their personal, educational and professional development as well as for their social integration.
