The area councilor of Culture and Archaeological Heritage, Ricardo Segado, accompanied by the Councillor for Education, David Martinez, this morning held a meeting with the president and first deputy secretary of the Murcia Federation of Students (femae), Carlos Amat y Miguel Garcia, respectively.
The meeting has borne fruit in the cooperation of the City with this group in order to promote a series of actions to promote associations among students of secondary schools, high school and vocational training of the municipality.
Thus, femae Cartagena inform students through the program of workshops, an initiative of the National Confederation of Associations of Students (CANAE), about the benefits of partnership, encouraging the active defense of the rights of students, besides report on youth participation on the board of delegates and school board schools.
In the near future, municipal officers and class representatives be agreed schedule of the workshops, as well as distributing them in educational institutions.
Similarly, for the end of course, a student meeting to be held in Cartagena that serve to deepen the issues discussed in the workshops, as well as a better understanding of femae by the participants of this program is planned.
