The building was built in the vicinity of San Jose, replacing the former administrative building of City Hall, whose renovation and maintenance "would cost more to make a new one," says the student.

The project aims to "sew the two main campuses of the UPCT, concentrating services in several buildings scattered and developing a space that belongs to the University," he says the now graduate in Architecture.
Room 111
The design includes the enhancement of the grounds of Club Santiago, "recovering the tour round the wall on the hill and introducing elements of street sport, offering a quality public space for the city," says the author of a supervised PFG by José María López, Ricardo Aroca Carcelen and Edith.
These tutors carry Room 111, where they have also completed their specific end of Architecture degree in English and David Hernandez Francisco projects.
"Working in groups helps unclog problems.
And by having all projects so different, we learned a lot, "says David.
"In the projects there are many connection points and its resolution serves and inspires others," says Francisco.
"The group process opens your mind and allows you to contribute a lot to the partner," says Regina.
"For students have three tutors has the advantage that always find a teacher available to answer your questions.
