Throughout these years, Rascasa has meaning to promote the comprehensive development of neighborhoods and areas considered at high social risk, basing its action on the respect and promotion of multiculturalism and gender equality.
Currently, Rascasa part of Phoenix Manifesto coordinator Los Mateos, composed of various groups and neighborhood associations who work together with the city of Cartagena in the development of this area through a comprehensive intervention plan 2015 2019.
The initiative divides into two lines: a comprehensive plan, and a performance-oriented prevention to avoid reaching a situation of deterioration.
