The starting signal of the International Film Festival of Cartagena is scheduled for November 29 but it can have side events as a series of Orson Welles or a panel of architecture and cinema, among others

Film buffs are in luck, as they will not wait for the official start of FICC to dig deep into the world of the big screen, as they have already begun various activities that are ahead of the Festival.
