Stencil Agents Local Police Cartagena Police received during the surprise defense against knife attack during yesterday and today 17 November 18.
It is the second edition of this course and focuses on police defensive technique to use to stab threat.
The course is part of the Training Plan that receives the local police in Cartagena and is taught by the Director of the Centre for Research and Training in the use of force (TDPE) in collaboration with the School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena ( SPAT).
The cycle will display a matched to the law in our country, primarily aimed at the operational units of the local police in Cartagena police defensive system.
