On the morning of yesterday has registered the appeal by the Prosecution against self absolving Pilar Barreiro-Novo Carthago in the case in the Supreme Court.
Recourse to the Soriano Auto judge, who will have to resolve the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court, composed of five judges, it has been drafted by the lawyer who runs the popular accusation, Juan Francisco Perez Aviles.
In its letter, attached, claiming annul the order of Judge Soriano exposing the lack of guarantees for this part, the absence of an effective remedy and unjustified expansion in recognition as part of the process.
