Deputy Mayor and Councillor for Trade, Ana Belen Castejon, this morning visited the Market Street Gisbert to know the status of the building and food stalls that remain open in these municipal facilities.
During the meeting, Deputy Mayor announced that a working group be created to determine feasibility and possible ways of revival of the market where Gisbert currently remain in operation only 10 of the 32 seats available.
Castejon has ensured that this market is in a strategic way of Cartagena making it necessary to consider measures to revive and encourage the sales of small businesses and contribute to promoting tourism in the area, so it will open a round of contacts with the different market dealers.
