It is a visit of an institutional nature in which the ambassador was able to see the reality of the city and visit various sites such as the current Town Hall, Roman Theatre and the building of the former Barracks Seamanship Instruction (CIM), location of the Faculty Business Science from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT).
