Ecumenical Association of the Missionary Centers Unit organizes next weekend in Cartagena its national meeting.
The meeting will begin on Saturday at the auditorium of the Faculty of Business of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (Old Barracks Seamanship Instruction).
After the prayer of welcome (10:00 hours) will be the first presentation by Jose Hernandez, professor of ecumenism at the Faculty of Theology of the University of Granada: "The creator of fraternity ecumenism".
The second paper (at 12:30 pm) will focus copper "urgency of ecumenism in the pastoral" by the Jesuit Hector Vall, an expert in Ecumenical Theology.
After lunch the day was restarted with two round tables to be held in the Spanish Evangelical Church (street Juan Fernandez).
The first will be held under the title "Ecumenism and inter-religious dialogue generators peace", and intervene as speakers Archbishop of the Syrian Orthodox Church of Antioch, Nicolaus Matti, and Juan Pablo Garcia Master, professor at the Pontifical University Salamanca in Madrid.
The second panel will focus on the "ecumenical history in Cartagena Eagles", and will feature exhibitions Henares Francisco Diaz, professor of Ecumenism and Church History at the Theological Institute of Murcia;
Abraham García Rena, evangelical pastor;
and David Apples, evangelical pastor.
Participants in the meeting will have the opportunity on Sunday to meet various landmarks of Cartagena, with guided tours of the casino, visit the Naval Museum, the hall Isaac Peral and the Museum of the Roman Theatre, will also meet the modernist Cartagena.
Admission to the lectures is free to fill seats.
