On the occasion of the celebration of Halloween night, the Youth Council has scheduled a series of framed in the most terrifying Weekend activities, some of which is already underway, as I Monograph Horror Makeup Course, which began on Thursday with the participation of 20 people who will continue during the Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, they put into practice the knowledge acquired in the Plaza del Rey from 18.00.
Friday I started the Horror Short Film Competition at the Youth Resource Centre.

The event will start from 22.00 pm and admission is free to fill seats.
The activities to face the most terrifying End of week in Cartagena, will end on Saturday 31 October with various activities in the Plaza del Rey, where they will hold a workshop characterization, a snack to all persons who are disguised contest costume, a zombie parade and performance of the music group Karmacadabra.
Likewise, from 22:30 hours, the San Francisco Square will host a concert by the group Neighbors Fourth and will announce the winners of the costume.
