The mayor, Jose Lopez, yesterday reaffirmed the Council's commitment to the restoration of the Royal Botanic Gardens Cartagena with the signing of an agreement between the municipality and the association CreeCT, represented by its president, Santiago del Alamo, for the development of a days of launch.
The initialling of the agreement took place in the Auditorium of the Faculty of Business, Old Barracks Seamanship Instruction (CIM).
On 22 October, the City of Cartagena announced its intention to promote, together with the CreeCT association, the recovery of the former Royal Botanical Garden, with an area of 20,000 square meters, was built in 1787 on the slopes of Cerro Moorish in St. Lucia.
