The Bureau of the City of Cartagena Markets open the deadline on Monday, November 2, to request the establishment of posts or carts peddling churros and chocolate, candy, nuts, dried fruit, soft drinks or jewelery, among others during the upcoming holiday season: between December 19, 2015 and January 6, 2016.

The deadline for submitting applications will remain open until November 25, not admitting any instance out of this plazo.Las persons applying for license must be current on payments and have no outstanding debts to the City of Cartagena.
