The Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Cartagena has met Thursday October 29th ordinary meeting. The mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez, and Deputy Mayor, Ana Belen Castejon, as new members attended, besides state attorney in Murcia, Ana Perez Diaz.
The chairman of the Port Authority, Antonio Sevilla has welcomed them.
Among the topics discussed at the meeting included the award of the works of enlargement to the east of the Cruise Terminal to the joint venture formed by Dragados SA and DRACE Infraestructuras SA, with a budget allocation of 4,621,355.54 euros, and an execution period of 14 months.
Other works that have been awarded have been paving the spring Fertiberia in the tailings basin. The joint venture company has been formed by Obrascón SA and Technology Building and Public Works SA, with a budget of over one million euros and a lead time of six months.
Furthermore, the Board of Directors has approved the tender for the provision Prescrpciones Special passenger service port in the Port of Cartagena.
This statement regulates the provision of licenses of traffic in traffic regime of embarking or disembarking in tourist cruise regime, regime of transport and transit traffic in tourist cruise regime.
