Last night the constitution of the board, whose voting for president occurred tie between the member of the PP and the PSOE, finally being elected who headed the voted list, the popular Francisco Mula held
On the night of Tuesday the Neighborhood Council Municipal Isla Plana-La Azohía was established in the local office of the Cartagena city, an act that was attended by the mayors of the governing Francisco Calderon, Juan Pedro Torralba, Ricardo Mowing, José María Soler and Isabel Garcia.
Two ballots, which were not granted absolute nor the first nor the second most simply, the result being the same in both, Francisco Mula, the Popular Party, 4 votes were held;
Bernardo Francisco Ramos, the PSOE, 4 votes;
and Maria Dolores Day, Citizens, 1 vote.
Finally, pursuant to the Organic Law 5/1985 on the General Election System, president of the Neighborhood Board vocal who headed the voted list, corresponding to Francisco Mula Cegarra, the Popular Party was proclaimed.
The remaining members of the Board are, by the Popular Party, Domingo Jose Segado Martinez, Vicente Galindo and Luis Lozano Bogarra Uribe;
by the Socialist party, Francisco Ramos Bernardo Sanchiz Baell Postigo and Mercedes;
by Cartagena Si Se Puede, Mercedes Fernandez Aróstegui;
Citizens and Maria Dolores Diaz Ferrer.
The constitution of the council meeting was also attended by the other groups of the municipal corporation, as Nicolás Ángel Bernal, Francisco Espejo, Diego Ortega, Palazón Carolina, Manuel Padin, Ana Branch, Alfredo Nieto and Francisco Martínez Muñoz.
Tomorrow Thursday, October 22, the next neighborhood council, the Marfagones Mills, at 20.30 in the clubhouse is constituted.
