The neighborhood of La Palma Municipal Board was constituted on Monday night after the plenary session to be held at the local office of the Cartagena deputation, ceremony attended by the Deputy Mayor, Ana Belen Castejon, accompanied by councilors of the government team, as Juan Pedro Torralba, Ricardo Segado, José María Soler, Francisco Aznar, Francisco Calderon and Isabel Garcia, and other spokesmen and members of the municipal corporation.
After two ballots, which did not obtain an absolute majority in the first place, nor simple second, the same result was obtained with a tied vote between Pedro Obradors, the popular group, with 4 votes, and Diego Martinez of the PSOE, also with 4 votes.
Finally, pursuant to the Organic Law 5/1985 on the General Election System, president of the neighborhood to voice who headed the voted list, corresponding to Pedro Obradors, which was thus re-elected proclaimed.
As members of the neighborhood council, were named, representing the municipal group of Roberto Carlos Navarro Popular Party, plus Pedro Obradors, Antonio Perez, and Jose Joaquin Lopez.
Representing, Diego Martinez and Tania Alarcon Socialist municipal group.
On behalf of the MC, Maria Carmen Saura municipal group.
Representing the Cartagena municipal group if possible, you Wonders Moreno.
