The Councillor for Tourism, Obdulia Gómez, participated in the presentation of the second edition of the Ruta de la Tapa La Manga and Cabo de Palos to be held from October 16 to November 1 this year and in which 40 participating bars and restaurants, including establishments of El Algar and Los Belones.

The delegate of Tourism mayor noted the importance of this and other initiatives that help break the seasonality of La Manga during the off season, a line that is already working for the city of Cartagena to support such campaigns and events that may attract new visitors to Cartagena beaches in low season.

The presentation at the Entremares Hotel attended the mayor of San Javier Tourism, Antonio Martinez, and the Association of La Manga and Cabo de Palos also Professor of Archaeology, Javier Garcia del Toro, who explained How were the tapas in antiquity.
