Councilman Youth of Greater City of Cartagena, Ricardo Segado, met Tuesday October 13 with the CEO of Youth in the Autonomous Community, Francisco Sanchez. The meeting took place at the headquarters of the General Directorate, and He addressed the implementation of the Youth Guarantee System in Cartagena, as well as strengthen the foundation for a smooth cooperation between administrations to achieve this goal.

Ricardo Segado transmitted the full involvement by the City of Cartagena in developing the Youth Guarantee Scheme l.

The councilor explained the various initiatives planned from the Department of Youth Guarantee users and aims to develop competencies and skills that help young people to enter the labor market.

Activities and initiatives that develop can be workshops communication activation to employment; intensive English preparation for certification by Cambridge levels B1, B2 and C1, in addition to actions that facilitate their personal development with significant discounts on activities leisure and free time, promoted from the T-LA program.

Qua ‰ WARRANTY IS THE SYSTEM TO YOUTH

The Youth Guarantee is a European initiative which aims to ensure that young people can receive an adequate supply of their characteristics, apprentice training according to their profile, a training course for certification of available and appropriate to their training offer needs and interests.

The beneficiaries are young people over 16 and under 30 who neither study nor work, receive training and access to the system so voluntarily.

THREE PHASES

The youth guarantee system consists of three phases:
